Co-op Housing

Safe, Affordable, All‑Inclusive Housing with Care Coordination

DrinkWater Co‑op Housing provides supportive, all‑inclusive group homes in established neighborhoods for adults who need safe, stable housing with coordinated services. Our homes serve a wide range of residents—including adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, veterans, seniors on fixed incomes, people in recovery, and individuals re‑entering the community. One monthly fee typically covers essentials like utilities and household supplies, with comfortable shared spaces that promote dignity, routine, and community. While we are not a medical provider, our team coordinates licensed third‑party services—such as home health, therapy and counseling, case management, medication support, durable medical equipment, and hospice—so residents can access the care they need where they live.

Placement begins with a simple intake to understand each person’s goals, care needs, and accessibility requirements. We then match residents to a home aligned with their profile (for example, seniors, veterans, or sober‑living environments) and provide an orientation to house guidelines that prioritize safety, respect, and independence. Recovery homes are drug‑ and alcohol‑free and may include meeting or counseling expectations. After move‑in, we continue to coordinate services and community resources, helping residents maintain stability, build life skills, and move toward greater independence. To explore availability or start the intake process, contact our team and we’ll guide you through each step.
